This mushroom collecting knife with folding blade and brush is used for harvesting wild mushrooms. The blade is stainless steel and the handle is made from hardwood. This knife has a small mateal clip to fasten to your belt loop or jacket zipper making it more difficult to lose while you sre in the field collecting mushrooms.
The knife can be used to cut through the stem of the mushrooms and the brush to gently clean any loose soil from the mushroom before placing in your collection bag.
