Island Thyme Artisan Soap

Overview

Island Thyme has been hand crafting artisan soaps since 1996 on Orcas Island, Washington. Their products are lovingly made with quality botanicals extracts, essential oils, and natural emollients like Shea butter and Jojoba oil. Each scented soap has its own personality and characteristics. We hope you find your favorite amongst the beautiful and intoxicating aromas!

Calendula Goats Milk

With goats milk and calendula flowers from Island Thyme farm! Creamy and good for sensitive skin. Can also be used as a facial or shampoo bar.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested) and castor, fresh goat's milk, Island Thyme Farm calendula flowers, lavender essential oil, lemon essential oil.

Cinnamon Clove

People love the warm spicy aroma of this bar and the memories it often invokes.  It is non-drying and lathers fantastically.  Great for hands or body, and lot of guys like to shave with it too.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), castor, powdered cinnamon bark, essential oils of cinnamon and clove.

Cucumber Shea

Cool refreshing cucumber and skin soothing shea butter combine to make this exceptionally gentle bar. Appropriate for body or face. It has a fantastic lather and is non-drying.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of coconut, olive, palm (sustainably harvested), castor and shea, organic cucumber, fragrance.

Gardener's Scrub

Scrubby pumice and skin healing comfrey root join forces in this spicy scented bar. Designed to clean and soothes hard working hands.  This is one to keep by the kitchen sink.  Also great on calloused feet!

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, comfrey root, pumice, essential oils of lavender, bay, and cinnamon.

Island Hippy

Let your inner hippy shine with this earthy and beautiful scented soap! Extra skin soothing, gentle and has rich lather.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor. Sodium lactate, ground oats, essential oils of ginger, lemongrass and patchouli

Jasmine Tea

This rich lathering soap combines ground green tea, a natural astringent, with the exquisite aroma of jasmine flowers.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, green tea, fragrance.

Orcas Lavender

A gentle rich lathering soap, flecked with Island Thyme Farm lavender flowers and scented with pure lavender essential oil.

Lavender Rose

The combination of lavender with rose is a marriage made in heaven!  It has been one of our most popular bars ever since we first created it nearly 20 years ago.  It lathers beautifully but is non-drying and gentle enough for the face.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm, and castor, natural plant pigments gives it the beautiful purple color, lavender essential oil, and rose fragrance. 

Oatmeal Almond

Ground oats give this bar a gentle scrubbing quality as well as very skin soothing quality.  Many people with sensitive skin especially appreciate it.  And then the sweet almond scent is intoxicating!

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, ground organic oatmeal, fragrance.

Peppermint

Pure peppermint essential oil makes this a very invigorating bar. With a rich lather and refreshing tingle it is a fantastic morning motivator!  Its marbled color speckled throughout with real peppermint leaves makes each one a unique thing of beauty as well.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, organic peppermint leaf, peppermint essential oil, and a natural green oxide for color.

Sandlewood & Citrus

This is a great bar to relax in the bath with! Combines sandalwood and orange oils for an amazing scent.  Non-drying.  Rich lather.  Equally popular with men and women.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of coconut, olive, palm (sustainably harvested), castor and shea, organic cucumber, fragrance.

Sea Scrub

Non-drying and a super exfoliator, this bar contains ground loofah and sustainably harvested sea kelp. It has a wonderful clean smelling fragrance. Great for hands, feet and body. Not meant for the face.

Spruce & Cedar

A medley of pure tree essential oils swirl together in this gentle rich lathering soap.  It is an absolute favorite with guys (and us too)

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, spruce, cedar, fir and other pure essential oils, and natural green oxide & micas swirled for color.

 Wild Rose

This wild soap is amazing! Island Thyme made it as a tribute to the roses that grow all over their island in the summer. Luxurious and moisturizing for every day use!

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, palm (sustainably harvested), and castor, ground rose hips, fragrance.
