  • Alfalfa sprouting seed

    • Ingredients: Organic radish, organic mung bean, organic alfalfa, and organic red clover sprouting seeds.

  • Sandwich mix sprouting seed
    • Ingredients: Organic red clover, organic alfalfa and organic radish sprouting seeds.


Place 1-2 tbsp. of seeds in water in a wide mouth jar, cover with a screen, securing it with a rubber band. Add water, swirl the jar, then drain. Refill the jar with fresh water. Soak the seeds for 4-8 hours. Drain the water well and invert the jar at an angle in a sink or bowl.
Rinse your seeds twice per day by refilling and swirling, then drain and invert the jar. Your sprouts will be ready to eat in 4 to 6 days. Refrigerate the well drained sprouts to keep sprouts fresh. Sprouts store best when dry.
