Overview

Organic Calendula flowers infused into cold-pressed Organic Extra Virgin OIive oil. This is a gentle, soothing herbal oil, which can be used alone or used as the base to your own formulation. This oil has been sourced using quality products from highly regarded and trusted sources from the around the world. It has been inspected by the Quality Control Laboratory at Starwest by expert technicians via a complete and thorough analysis of this herbally infused oil.

Organic Calendula Flowers (Calendula officinalis) infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Uses

This Organic Calendula infused oil will make a great base for salves, creams, and many other natural skin products. It is a gentle, cooling oil that can even be added to a warm bath.

Packaging

The beneficial properties of this herbal oil will be preserved for a minimum of 2 years  as it is contained in dark glass amber bottles with a pressure sealed lid ad a taper seal poly liner. This glass prevents light and air degradation, and prevents the internal contents from the damaging effects of moisture.

Storage & Safety

Store in a cool, dry place, and avoid direct sunlight and heat. Preserving Oils: If stored improperly for long periods of time, the oils may become rancid. They have a minimum 2 year shelf life when stored properly. When making products with vegetable oils, you can also add 2% Vitamin E Oil to act as a natural preservative.
